3D Wayfinding Solution in Shanghai UFun

UFun is a subsidiary of KWG Property which has built the first UFun shopping center in Shanghai New Jiangwan City Station for young fashion. It uses seven irregular building blocks designed by international famous commercial designer and double first-floor design which perfectly combined with the original ecological landscape in New Jiangwan City Station.

Shanghai UFun selected a series of software features and related services designed by ViaDirect to enhance the shopping experience of all visitors, including:

• 6 floor 3D wayfinding kiosk
• Promotion and marketing campaign
• Store name, category, floor wayfinding system
• Restaurant, help desk, transfer station, car parking,
• other information and direction guidelines
• Membership card application and CS guidance
• To get the navigation route by scanning QR code

The entire system covers six floors by installing 7 units of 48-inch multi-touch 3D mapping Kiosks which can effectively guide visitors and reduce the staff manpower for the shopping center.

In addition, each Gazelle wayfinding kiosk is using the latest Samsung 48-inch screen and touch technology, as well as the ASUS high-end player, not only allowing customers to quickly find the destination, but also enjoying the high-tech experience.
