Wayfinding Solution for The International Grand City (igc) in Guangzhou

The International Grand City (igc) is a landmark one-stop international fashion shopping centre which forms one part of a large-scale urban complex. The project came into being through the collaboration of three powerful developers, Hong Kong's Sun Hung Kai Properties, R & F Properties and Guangzhou's KWG Property. The igc is the most outstanding shopping and recreational destination for those seeking a high quality of life.

AVT installed 24 units of wayfinding kiosk and 1 set tailor-made wayfinding software for the igc. The software includes “Eat Easy” and “Park Easy” functions, visitors can find restaurants and car parking positions quickly and conveniently.  For the management side, the backend administration and media system allow easy management of imagery and searchable content, with real-time updates and powerful analytics which provide insight to predict customers’ behaviour. It helps maximize the sales revenue. This project was completed in September of 2017.
