New Town Plaza, a shopping mall owned by Sun Hung Kai properties in Sha Tin, opened a theater facility called Movie Town in the 2018 summer, giving a major boost to Hong Kong’s movie entertainment infrastructure. Movie Town is the largest cinema in the New Territories, with more than 1,700 seats in 7 houses. The cinema has introduced the latest revolutionary cinema technologies to the town.
AVT installed a P6.67 Outdoor LED display with approx. 23 square meters at the entrance of MCL movie town. With this large size outdoor LED, movie town can publish and broadcast the most updated movie trailers, movie news and diverse movie programs to draw visitor’s attention. Therefore, this outdoor LED would be a great choice as an advertising media of a large-scale movie centre.
