Bangkok Bank Hong Kong Enhances Its Conference Room with an Integrated AV System
Bangkok Bank Hong Kong has introduced an integrated audio-visual system in its second-floor conference room. Connected to the existing interactive display, the system brings together ceiling microphones, ceiling speakers, wireless microphones and a user-friendly control panel to support in-person meetings, presentations and video conferences.
Clear Audio for Natural Conversation
Two ceiling microphones capture voices from different directions across the room, allowing participants to contribute naturally without passing around a handheld microphone or moving closer to the audio equipment. Wireless microphones are also available for presentations, training sessions and other formal meeting formats.
Even Sound Throughout the Room
Six ceiling speakers are positioned around the conference room to distribute presentation audio, local speech and remote participants’ voices evenly throughout the space. This allows everyone to follow the conversation clearly, regardless of where they are seated.
Better Collaboration with Remote Participants
The audio system is connected to the existing interactive display and video conferencing setup. Remote participants can be heard through the ceiling speakers, while voices from within the room are transmitted clearly to the far end. Built-in echo cancellation also helps reduce echo and audio interference, creating a smoother two-way conversation.
Simple Day-to-Day Operation
A wall-mounted control panel provides convenient access to volume adjustment and microphone or speaker muting. Clear status indicators allow users to check the system at a glance, making it easy to start and manage meetings without navigating complex AV settings.
