AV System for the
International Culinary Institute (ICI)
The International Culinary Institute (ICI) is one of the
institutions under the Vocational Training Council (VTC). Established in 1982,
VTC is the largest vocational and professional education and training provider
in Hong Kong with over 250,000 students studying across 13-member institutions
each year.
Given
the VTC’s strength in catering and hospitality, ICI draws upon the resources
and experience from VTC's Hospitality and Tourism Institute (HTI) and the
Chinese Cuisine Training Institute (CCI). The well-equipped teaching facilities
