Bringing up the advanced conferencing system to Hong Kong Science Park
High numbers of office areas and conferencing systems in Hong Kong Science Park set for multiple forms and scales conferences. AVT is honored to provide an advanced conferencing solution over the entire second floor of the 17W building. AVT installed multiple large LED displays, interactive presentation systems, wireless presentation systems, room booking systems, speaker systems, projectors, interactive displays, and AV equipment to create an exhaustive and convenient working environment.
Three P1.86 LED displays (3.8m×2.4m) were installed for the multifunction rooms and common areas. A P1.86 LED display (4.8m x 2.4m) is also installed in the professional studio to fulfill the needs of the sizable events and conferences. LED Display Solution

The interactive and wireless presentation system includes multiple innovative and advanced equipment such as an 86-inch interactive presentation display, AV system, interactive display, projectors, and so on. Users can quick-connect the system by their device to do presentations. The presentation system improves work efficiency and creates a convenient meeting experience.
Room Booking System
Users can reserve the room by entering a specific time and number of participants of the conference simply. The system reduces the conflict in the use of conference room resources, offers an efficient & smooth meeting experience. The booking schedule keeps updating and transmits real-time information to each booking device through the network platform.
