• Third, the Smart Digital Thermostats provide guest comfort and energy conservation using programmable, precise, direct digital control (DDC) technology which can control virtually any fan coil unit, packaged terminal air conditioner, and packaged terminal heat pump, etc.

• At the same time, a programme App is developed by AVT, hence guests can manage all in-room controls through an i-Pad.
